At the Exhibition Buildings, Melbourne in the late '80s the interceptor was on display. The owners were selling posters, and also offering the opportunity to have your photo taken sitting in the interceptor. Unlike at other shows, the interceptor was not in the inflatable "private showroom" that usually hid it from sight at other shows. As such I was able to wander around it and take a few photos. In the top photo, you can see someone having their picture taken.

The following week, the interceptor was in it's "black bubble" at the Burwood hot rod show, again as pay-per-view. The temperature was stifling, so I didn't bother to check the car out that time, as I imagined the temperatures inside the black bubble, which was sitting in direct sunshine, could have been well over 40 degrees C.
