Sadly, due to the huge volume of email that I receive every day, I am unable to respond to all, but I do try to read every message and very much appreciate your thoughts. If you are requesting general information, I'd recommend the following options in preference to contacting me directly:
- The discussion forum is an excellent place to ask any general questions. There are a lot of helpful fans there, and they'll usually provide a far faster and better response than I will. Particularly for a lot of specialist subject areas, there are persons on the forum who will provide more detailed answers than I can.
- Note that the discussion forum has a search feature - try that also. You'll find that many of even the most obscure topics have been discussed before, and there's plenty of information to be found in there if you take the time to look around.
- Make sure you've taken the time to search the web page thoroughly for any general questions as well - even google can help with this. If in doubt, ask on the discussion forum. If a question is answered somewhere on the page, generally I'll assume that you have been able to find the answer.
- If you're wanting to submit pictures, files, information or anything else for the web page, just email all the details below, and if a file needs to be sent then I'll provide a reply with an email address of where to send anything additional, thanks.
- Please don't send me requests for files, photos, audio, and so on. If I already have the item available, it's somewhere on the page. If you don't see it, I probably don't have it, or don't have time to make it available right now. Again, try the discussion forum - lot's of people can help out with links to other sites and places for things I don't have hosted directly here.
