Hey, Biker. I looked up Pontecoulant with google and got it on the map showed by google. I also switched to satalite picture mode and can see al the houses. It's a very smal village. Just a few streets. Looks like a nice quiet place.

No mention of anything Mad Max at all. Did'nt seem to be himself really. All the jokes were staged and Leno seemed to struggle to keep things rolling.

Hmmmm figured as much ol' Melvin's lost some of his sparkle I guess. Shame though.


Nightwalker, I'm on Google at the moment and wondering just how the hell you did what you siad you did! Walk me thorugh it will you either by posting it here or off the air via email. Better yet just post the URL to that satellite map picture you mentioned.


If you look at that picture the house set away from the village to the north east set amidst a clump of trees is ours. The D184 is right beside us, we're on the ridge of two valleys.


Small quiet village is correct. If someone so much as sneezes and their hat falls off, it's the topic of conversation for about a week here. We once had a car stall at a junction, they were still talking about it 6 months later!! I suppose the word for it is insular LOL!
