For those of you Facebook, I have created a page directed at stopping Hollywood from remaking films and to get a return to quality and original material. It would mean a lot if you all would join. Do your part and support original and independent films. The address is below:

While I agree with the sentiment, the best way to voice our opinion is with dollars and cents; movie tickets and DVD purchases. Frankly I think a Facebook page will do about as much good as pissing in the wind.

I think with enough people it could work. The save Stargate Universe, Save Eureka and other anti-syfy channel pages are really gaining momentum. I would still love it if you would join. Telling people to avoid the remakes and see the orignal, and instead supporting original, quality, and independent films is one of the aspects of the page and speading the awarness of doing that.
