Re: The Cars That Ate Paris Pics
I have that movie on DVD. Great movie.
And this is a great find of such high resolution pics.
But what do I see in picture 'cars3.jpg'?
The wheels have no wheel bolts and there is no centerpiece on witch the wheels should be fixed. I think the car that is put on fire is on blocks and the wheels are put against it to look it is on wheels.
Edit: The car is on blocks. I watched the movie again and in some shots you can see the car from the front. And then you can clearly see the big bricks under the suspension.

"UNDERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"OVERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"HORSEPOWER" is how fast you hit the fence.
"TORQUE" is how far you take the fence with you.

Re: The Cars That Ate Paris Pics
Now I just saw something I never noticed before. Something some cars also have in MM2.
In the first picture you can see the VW has double rear tires. The shadow under the car is wider and the tires are sticking outside the fender.
You can even see the separate tires on the right side of the car in the third picture.
The car with the wooden beams in the second picture also got double rear tires.
Anyone noticed this before?

I've always known that Darryl and Les's cars had duel tires. I believe at one point I may have suspected the same thing about the Volkswagon, but after seeing the pics I knew I was right.
