...sorta slow motion. he leaves the seat, goes through the windscreen, headfirst straight into the tree...right. and then, bounces back through the windscreen. by the time we got to him.. he was just sittin there trying to scream with his face ripped off......whats the matter?

Very nice but have you seen the price of fuel. I would opt for a 600 vac secondary unless it's for racing

I agree, vac sec is the way to go on a street car. I bought a 351 car with mechanical secondaries - totally unsuited for street use.

I do like LPG on V8's though, tuning is sooooo simple. And of course when we have to use methane as our fuel source, im halfway there.

haha, yeah. i also have a holley 650 spread bore vac sec which i use more often. can throw on in 15 minutes. much more sedate and not nearly as much fun.thought i'd give the dp a try. not as driveable with it. no plans to race it. the odd donut now and then. never drive the old girl much anymore anyway. running and walking everywhere has got me fittest iv'e ever been and dropped about 10 kg in the last year. some you tube vids soon (the car not me)
