Hey guys, look what I just found online:

I didn't have anything to do with this. Maybe someone else from this board suggested it to them?
It's not bad really, and the price is decent. With a bit of roughing up and weathering it wouldn't be a bad knee pad (though I'm curious how large it is). It's not 100% screen accurate, but it's better than some efforts I've seen. They actually got the stitching and seems about right.

Well thats pretty awesome. Even if it isn't 100% accurate its great that a company is offering this piece to the public. It'll cause a lot less stress for people like me.
Thanks for sharing. So some how I have to get 200$ for the jacket and the pad!

Here's a hint, try contacting Southbeach leather directly and try offering them a little bit less if you buy the jacket and knee pad together. I suspect they just may say yes.
A bit of weathering to this pad (some simulated wear to the leather with brown paint even) could definitely make it look more accurate. And replacing the back strap with a smaller one (and smaller buckle) would help too.
For my pad, I added velcro to the back of it, and sewed some into the knee of my leather pants. This helps keep it in place.

This is great! I was just looking into pieces to make the knee pad (yeah, I'm making the RW outfit for the second time) but this pad looks good enough for me. Thanks for the link!

Interesting. I can't imagine there's a huge public demand for this item; maybe someone at SBL is doing it out of love.
