Mad Max and Wez are married, oh my!

Well I finally got my Mad Max and Wez costume together for Halloween. How I ever got my wife to go along with this is beyond me, God bless her soul
Anyway yeah, we went to New Orleans for Halloween and it was absolutly frickn nuts! Between the Saints and the Pittsburg game, VooDoo Fest with Ozzy (a three day music festival), and the fact that the whole city of New orleans celebrates the Halloween holiday it was almost "too much".
The wife and I did some swamp touring and other cool stuff but the best part was to finally get to wear my MMII costume. I have to thank Karol and Max Replica for your help guys, really without Karol's website and MR high level of standards, the costume would have not been possible.
The hair is a wig, unfortunately for me my hair started to fall out about 10 years ago And yes I know the blackeye is one the wrong side, when I put the make-up on in the mirror it was on the correct side Then I saw the pictures and.... Anyway nobody noticed. The reason I went with the arm bandage is because I have fully tatted arms and Max does not, so I thought it was a good solution.

Thanks MFP 2020, yeah I was really supprise at how many people knew who we were. Especially from a movie from another country and nearly 30 years old! After my wife got over the fact that most "good" costumes really aren't that comfortable to wear, she had a blast because tons of people wanted to take their picture with her, MORE THAN WITH ME Women in costume always get more attention A couple of people had "just" been to Wasteland weekend and asked if we were there, I told her "no, but I knew exactly what she was talking about". Can you believe that! small world

Congrats TK4013! Costume looks awesome! I did the same thing with the white hair streak on mine; used the mirror and put it on the wrong side. BTW, your wife is a hottie, you lucky dog, you. "nudge nudge, wink wink"

I just wondered... has anyone with a Wez costume cut a crossbow bolt in half, and rigged it to stick out of their arm? That'd be good for a laugh.

Really one of the better and more complete Max costumes I've seen. You Max costumers out there are really raising the bar lately (and Karol and I are proud to have given you a little boost).
