Selling my authentic Australian Rossi boots

Hi guys,
I bought a pair of authentic vintage Rossiter boots recently hoping that they would fit me, but they're just too big. I'm going to resell them and hope that some day I find another pair. I thought I'd be able to just put an insert in them or something but it didn't quite work out. I wear a size 9 or 9.5 and these are a 12. Well, they're an Australian size 11, which I think means they're a US twelve. They measure about 12 1/4" from the back of the heel to the tip of the toe.
Contact me if you're interested. Otherwise I'm putting them up on eBay this coming weekend. I'm asking what I paid for them, which was $210 (a lot of that was the expensive shipping from Australia). These ship from the U.S. (obviously) and you would pay actual shipping charges. No returns, so you should be sure about the size if you buy them. Don't end up like me. : )
The boots are in very good shape considering their age. Just some general wear to the leather and soles. Importantly, all four straps are present and accounted for. The buckles on the straps have some rust, but I'm confident that can be cleaned off without much trouble.
