WHO HERE WENT TO SEE THE CALIFORNIAN SCREENING OF MAD MAX?

Who here went to see the screening of mad max in cal?

if so what was it like?

sound, picture, cut / added scenes?

It was great. Awesome. There weren't any extra

scenes, but it did have the original dialogue. That

added a few things, because in the US dub, whenever

they can get away with translating slang, they do

it. And when Max is dropping the Chevy on the

mechanic, he says "I wanna know about the tattoo."

in the dub, it's "I wanna know about the Toecutter."

The sound could have been better. sometimes the

score drowned out the dialogue, but the score and

the foley were remastered in stereo. The print

itself was amazing. Such rich colors, you can't

get that from any video. I was just amazed at how

much better of a film it was without the dubbed

accents.
