Max's shirt and long sleeve in Thunderdome

Post by Uncle Entity »

I already opened a similar thread many years ago, but now I can't find it anywhere. :?

WTF, what's the colour of Max's shirt (the one he was wearing during the Thunderdome fight) and the long sleeve (the one he was wearing OVER his shirt --- you can see that during the chase scene, after he lost the jacket).
DAMN ME... FADED, DUSTY BLACK or GREY ???????????????????????????????? :o
It is driving me mad, truly.
It seems to me they are 100% light grey (shirt) and dark grey (long sleeve).

Karol?

That damn shirt has been haunting me also. The long sleeve shirt looks like a "sleeping shirt" which is a rare item these days. Basically a men's pajama top. They have a button front down to the beltline and are open on the sides for comfort. I saw a repro
for sale at a WW2 reenactor supply site for a German impression. It was green unfortunately. I will try and find that pic and post it

Damn, but what's the color of either the short and the long sleeve? I say gray. Light gray for the short, dark gray for the long.
Post the pic!

I think the long sleeve shirt Max's wearing is still avaible in countries like Egypt or Tunesia, since the style itself comes from there. I have myself bought a long sleeve shirt like that of BTD in Egyp years ago and it was pale black. Unfortunately I have moved recently and most parts of my costumes are still stowed in some boxes.
I could probably make it on my own, but I like you kids.
