I just started making the template from vinyl and then made them out of leather.

it cost me about 15 euros for the leather the only thing that cost me some bucks were the buckles and the rivits.

I can get leather easily enough, we have a leather goods/camping supply store locally.
I'll send you a PM. Also, if you want it, I'll see about scanning my prototype shoulder holster and get some templates made up for that as well. Took me a while of adjusting it to get it to the point of where I was happy with the hang and general position of it. I know the original pistol was a .22 caliber, but my holster is fitted for a larger caliber one, perhaps a .45 long colt/.44 magnum or maybe .357 magnum.

I wouldn't mind seeing some templates for your shoulder holster as well. And as for the original pistol being .22 caiber, I'm not so sure about that.
