Lingerie, remember lingerie?

Thought I'd do a caricature of the Gyro Captain. Took me about 2 hours sketching and another hour making the scan into something that could go onto a shirt.

There are four versions of this one, another one has the line "You and me together, think of the possibilities" Here's the black T shirt version:

Alison, my girlfriend's not a big fan of the films but even she clocked who it was supposed to be, so I figure I landed somewhere in the accuracy ball park. Hope you like it too.

Struck me as funny. I read here all the time about accuracy for costumes of Max from both films, getting the right hockey mask of Humungus and an accurate chin guard for Goose's lid but I have yet to see anyone try for an accurate GyroCaptain costume. Maybe running around in faded red plimsoles and yellow combination underwear isn't everyone's cup of tea LOL!

Thanks Bill, surprisingly his teeth are quite straight anyway, I was going to try for a horses mouth, buck teeth set but they just didn't look right even for a caricatured character. So I just went wiht lots of teeth and big ones at that.
The oiginal drawing showed a lot more stains. Again his teeth in the film are more yellow than black with rot. Hard to do in a black and white drawing. ;)

Bye for now, and thanks for the pat on the back.

yeah, i think the gyro captain was probably fairly well off before the fall. (hence his behaviour wiping his lips with a cloth after the meal, even if it was dog food).
