They're photos from the personal collection of one of the guys working at a newspaper in Broken Hill - I've seen them some years ago. The one that gives away their origin to me is the Interceptor parked on the Mundi Mundi lookout at dusk, that's the original LAST-V8 from when we were up there in 1999, a photo taken by the same guy. I actually don't recall specifically seeing some of the others before, but I'm guessing they're from the same source. He must have scanned them into their archives locally, and now they're being syndicated through related newspapers - I've seen the Interceptor one published by itself at least once before in another paper in the last year or two.
