Slam the transmission into reverse and floor it without touching your brakes to stop.

With your foot still on the accelerator, wheelspin the pick-up into the junction and hope nothing's back there behind all that white smoke as 2 years worth of tread is burnt off your back tyres. (yes that road is a rough as it looks, not much loose grit)

Next.

Do this several times as the skidmarks at the top of the hill indicated, until your gearbox melts.



Saw it happen just last night, What a f**king knobhead. Some assholes don't deserve to own a car.

Anyway just thought you'd like to see an example of what a pratt behind a wheel is capable of.

Ah,...the J-shaped burn-out tracks. Those bring back memories. I used to do them but then my drivetrain was more or less bullet-proof. The weak link is the u-joint. I've done them in a '68 Coronet R/T with a 440,727,8 3/4" and in a 67 Barracuda with a 340, 833 4-speed, 8 3/4". I wouldn't recommend doing them with a stock 727 as you can tear up the sprag, but you won't break the 833 box. The 727 I had in the Coronet was built to the hilt, $3000 worth, and that was in 1984 dollars.

Hmmm.....reminds me of something I did with an '86 T-bird! It was on it's last legs anyway, and hemmoraging most (if not all) fluids. It survived it (just barely!), however it went to the scrapper the following week!
