Might be going over old ground for all you vets, an I tried the search function but couldnt get a hit. What was the spec of the wheels and tyres on the Interceptor, make and sizes?

Were these the same across the first 2 movies?

Front rims 15x18

Rear rims 15x10

Rear tyres 295x50x15

Front tyre size escapes me at this moment but I will find out . Someone else who reads this and has it handy will surely reply.

duh, this site is dedicated to such things. if you come in through the front door, there should be a side panel on the LHS. find the one called Building a replica it has all that and more.

if you can't see it, try this http://www.madmaxmovies.com/cars/Replic ... index.html

You spoken to Murray Smith lately have you???

In any case.... if you read the "building an Interceptor" page..... it says....

The exact tyre sizes on the restored interceptor are:

Front- T245-50 R14 (92s)

Rear - T265 -50 R15

So i dont see... how you were correct.....????

but in any case.. this is for the MM2 car.....

Thank you for correcting me. But when I said I was right again it meant that someone would reply with help, in this case aussie muscle replyed.

I will say it again, I was right.

You seem rather truculent today.
