New movie idea

Could a new movie work based on the MFP after Max leaves after MM1? It would be about the ongoing fight between the Bronze and the scum on the road.

This way we can get back to the cars.

It shouldn't try and copy any of the movies, and replacing Max would be impossible, so maybe it could be about partners who drive a pursuit special.

A new gang of crazies would have to be created, along the lines of the Toecutter's gang and Humungus's marauders - real bad mothers. I wasn't sure who the bad guys were in Thunderdome. Were there any bad guys?

I have a few other ideas for it. And what would the movie be called?

Actually wrote some fan fiction based on that (hey Chase it even has a character named "Chace" (my families spelling)) It's called the Underside. Follows a rookie MFP officer that was trained by Max and Goose, just prior to the events of MM, and then follows him afterwards as society breaks down even further. Pulled a lot from other fan fiction and the books. It's not that good but was fun to write and was my first attempt.

It's posted here with a few other MM Fan fiction stories (mine got pretty butchered in the English to French back to English translation, but you can get the idea and it's still a decent read)
