But like most teenagers growing up in a "modern" society.... they care not one fig for others or themselves....

Utter crap like Jackass make these idiots want to copy it all the more ..... hey its available for sale..... so why not make our own.....

In reality we are the jackasses....... we allow these kids to grow up in a sh*tty world..... expose them to all manner of junk TV and movies.....

Then we all look shocked when they create their own little version of dumb and dumber...

There is a big difference between Jackass and those dickheads; I have no problem wih Jackass because they are the target of all of their stunts; they don't hurt innocent people; Steve-O is a complete lunatic but all he wants to do is make people laugh at his stupidity; the guy never involves innocent people in his act. Let me guess... the parents of those punks all have the attitude of "boys will be boys". The parents should be locked up along with their worthless offspring; they all deserve to have their posteriors raped by a large group of AIDS-infected homeless people.

What i don't get is these retards FILM thier crimes.its happeneing around the world,in England these jigs were filming themselves randomly beating and punching people for no reason.and in the USA these punks were filming themselves destroying these homes bieng built.and thenthere was the story of these f**ks filming themselves SHOOTING people with paintball guns.Also these assholes kids like to film fights with thier cameras as seen on comegetyousome.com its barbaric watching these 14/15 y/o lil bastards getting off on watching thier friends beat the pee wobbling sh*t out of each other.

Well it seems it is not just an American phenomena. Evidently it is a global generational degredation of morals. There seems to be less of an innate sense of right and wrong within a particular age group.

I also wonder why videoing a fight between "friends", for no reason, is more fun than going fishing, working on a hotrod, bowling, to the movies, playing football, or 600 other things?

This is a good point Madmaxing......

For some reason a lot of the younger generation see violence as fun.... and or funny.

Combination of things i guess....... poor parenting skills, lack of parental direction probably rates as the highest. Then the usual stuff like.... violent TV/movie programs.... violent computer games... This gives them a detached reality i suppose.... Then i guess its seeing violence in person.... and seeing that society mostly doesnt do anything to stop it.. they just walk on by. So they see violence as acceptable.... and then there is crappy schooling.....!

But yes makes you wonder... im sure most of us are able to draw that line in the sand and know whats right and wrong...... im sure we all did ..illegal things when we were young.

But i do recall that most of the time if we went too far someone always spoke up... or someone copped a real flogging... lol

Hell we used to play cricket if we were really bored...... or go to a mates house and dismantle his push bike while he was asleep.... or put up "wet paint" signs..which were acutally..wet paint ! all over the place.... or even the old flaming bag of...er...crap.... left on ones doorstep....

RWMFP-- I agree, most all of us were anti-social little sh*ts when we were in our teens. I think the worst I did was break into a school room. I got caught, and spent a night in juvenile hall, and that was enough to cure me of a life of crime. It seems to be a bit different now though, kids aren't as easily touched. Maybe our parents thought the same thing of us.

It's actually one of the points that draws me to the Mad Max films, and makes me enjoy their atmosphere, The Road Warrior in particular: You can kill people who deserve killing.
