I'n not an expert by any means but...although one of the kids from BTD had a circutboard chest peice...those integrated circut chips look to be of 90's origin
and although the wire shoulder pads look familiar..from BTD I don't think the kids had 'em on
the wire face guard looks completely foreign!
do you see what I'm saying?...alarm bells are ringing!

Maybe one of the people in Bartertown wore it, it does look familiar.
Damn, this means I'm gonna hafta watch it and see....
