Looks like a pretty cool jacket to make replicas from. Where did you get it? Are other sizes available? I would love on of these in my size. By the inside "The Warrior"tag I assume it was made as a MM Replica coat. If these are being produced at these prices this is great!!!

I got jacket in Japan. One Japanese web site were making MM replica

jacket. The retail price was YEN52000. If you really like it, you should get now because sold out soon.

Imagecolor, the size is not right for me, but I was wondering if you could point us all in the direction of this Web Page that makes these jackets after your auction is over. It would be a very interesting find for the Mad Max fans.

The MFP prices don't look all that bad if my conversion is correct at about114.67 Yen to a US $. The pants are a little more than jean style leathers usually run and I have seen custom jackets for double that at some shops and have paid over 400 CDN for stock bike coats up here. Now the sizing is an issue, do they offer exchange if it doesnt fit? The pants sizing looks to be standard inch sizes, but the metric jacket size doesnt help me much because only the numbers are in Latin text. What do they represent (chest, height, arm length etc) The shoulder protector is ok, but what is the padding material? It looks a little glossy. I wonder if they would sell the coat with a properly chopped sleave and protector on it? Perhaps the coat could be made with an unfinished sleabe so that the cutting wouldn't waste as much leather and a zipper? Also is the MFP 4073 tag available? or is it just a fans show piece? Would be nice to get one with a same sized backing plate to rivet onto the inside.

So I have emailed MFP Japan and their US outlet about buying a jacket and neither have responded yet. Anyone deal with them before? Is it only a part time store, so their not always watchin the inbox?
