MAX WANTED THE TOECUTTER TO FIND THE PICS
Just realised that in MM1, when the Toecutter finds the photos of Jessie and baby, Max actually planted them in his helmet!!!!!

took ya long enough, Mate..
Seriously, I find new stuff that I've never noticed before every time I watch a movie again..
Wasn't till I'd seen the S.E. DVD that I'd noticed Charlie's Saucepan.
The line in the dubbed version was "Better send a meat truck.. Charlie's been hurt bad in the throat"
Never, not once in ten years or more had I noticed the handle of that saucepan....
BTW, the Non Dubbed version was on one of the cable TV stations last night.
Glad to see we're getting shed of that awfull dub-job.

I saw the non-dubbed version of MM1 on FX last night as well. The sound was terrific. I'd never noticed bird and bug sounds before. Most of the serious violence was clipped out. I really enjoy hearing the side chatter from the MFP radios
I saw Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story the night before. I noticed our friend and photography David Eggby filmed it as well. The Bruce Lee character was introduced juts as Max was in MM1, with partial shots of his face, then his hands. I really recognised his work.

Crate:
Had you noticed that the pics of Jessie & Sprog that Max planted, and the one in his steering wheel center are the same?

Foxtrot is right, and Miller is a genius. These films seem so stark, yet if I'm trying, I see new things every time I watch, and I've seen them literally Thousands of times. (MM2 anyway).

Where do get a clear shot of the steering wheel? I know there is a shot when Max whips the Interceptor around to head-on the motorcycles, but I still can't tell what the picture is. Am I missing another scene?

Thats the one, right there, PAUSE it, and you'll see the same photo cut out into a circle to fit into the FORD badge in the centre of the wheel. Its missing in PART 2. I never knew why MAX took it off, i mean its obvious why he took off the MAIN FORCE PATROL badges. But why JESS and SPROG's? To forget? i doubt it, it always haunts him. Then again maybe it hurt too much steering at them all the time right there. I mean i don't know about you, but when i was younger, whenever i broke up with a chick, if i threw her pics out, it wasn't out of Malice, it was 'out of sight out of mind' make me feel better.

It's me... or Blackfinger's boots show up two M.F.P badges attached on them? You could see'em just BEFORE the last dialogue, when Aunty says "Well... ain't we a pair?"
