Mad Max GTA3 and/or Vice City Mod

Hi Everyone

I have decided to make some of the cars from both Mad Max and Road Warrior

for gta3 and/or Vice city .

Here is what i am hoping to achevie in the first part of the mod.

The first car to be made is going to be the Maxs black interceptor from the first film

the car will have the following

1. Engine sounds from the films(including supercharger sounds)

2. Full vechicle damage, i have a plan on this but is abit hard to explain in this post

if anyone wants more details let me know

3. Full car details based on the car from the film and Adrians Replica based in the uk

this car is going to be a full 3d model

This is the mabe section ,like stuff i want on the car but will depend on differant mods or programs to be mad for them to work

1. Working super charger including speed boost and moving parts

2. a Mad Max player skin

3. Mad Maxs shotgun as a weapon

and i think that is about it for the minute

work on the car will start very shorly once i receive the photos i took from adrans car (thanks again m8)

i will of couse post updates and such

if anyone has any ideas or would like to know some more info then i would be more than happy to help

Thanks for the reply m8 i hope there is going to be a big intrest once i start.

I got the photos the other day and they look great so things should start moving in the next couple of days i will keep everyone posted

Mark was explaining how he's going about creating the graphics and detail, it's gonna take time and patience but i think it's gonna look fantastic, i believe he is going to create an accurate or as near as possible interceptor look.

can't wait !! get crackin' Mark.

Sounds like a killer idea. I'd thought about trying to do something like a max mod once, but I'm not good enough with computers.

What car will the interceptor replace in the game?

In Vice city when crusing on the beach with a car that is smoking and no doors,it looks kinda like a desert,if u could put broken flats and houses in the vice city map u could make some sort of Madmax world.Would be cool with raiders on bikes etc

i like that idea Motar mabe after some of the cars are made i might beable to get some one to do a mad max map mod, we will see how the cars turn out first then i will move on from there.

I cant beleave that the cars havent been made for gta3/vice city sooner hopefully i can change that.

To answer your question Camchain vice city has the perfect car whitch is the Police Cheetah.

The reason for this is that it has a full working police light on the dashboard and siren already made .

Gta3 is a bit tougher though, mabe the diablos stalion but then the car wont have the working police dashboard light.

the thing is that vice city has all the protenal for the mod but due to vice city still being new when it comes to modding programs there would be a waiting period before the release.

BIG SPOILER HERE

I forgot to metion this but there is going to be problem with the cars i make

in both games the cars are left hand drive but the mad max cars are right hand drive whitch could spoil the look so unless someone makes a way for the cars to be changed then the interceptor will have to be a left hand drive in the game.

let me know if this would bother u atall.

I believe most of the Game Modding programs for GTA3 are either close to being compatible with Vice City...or have been updated with Vice City compatible programs...which is why the mods are coming out so quickly.
