I would have to say Waterworld. I would like to watch the extended verison again. The 2 hour version loses many details. OK a rip off of MM but a good effort.

Greetings. "Mad Mariner Beyond the Beaches" (Waterworld) was just on the sci-fi channel last night. Is there a dvd out of the extended version (US-based)?

As far as favorite non-Maxian... Blade Runner - Directors cut/no narrative.

Then Tron, Star Wars (Special Edition), The Wraith, Aliens, Star Trek movies, 2010.

Yeah, I really like Aliens 1 and 2. They scared the bejeezus out of me when I first saw them.

It's more comedy than sci-fi, but I also like Mars Attacks!

TRON apart, they're not listed in any type of order.

I liked a lot ALIEN RESURRECTION- honorable mention. I think it's the best of the series. Loved so much the RIPLEY 8 character, the gore and the genetic conceptuality behind the movie.

The extended version of Waterworld was on Scifi last night. It was 4 hours long with lots of extra scenes I never saw before.

No Escape was a great movie. Kinda cheesy, but kicked a lot of ass. They were sharing the same island with Jurassic Park while filming.

My favorites: Escape from New York, Aliens Special Edition, Predator, The Thing, Bladerunner, Omega Man, 12 Monkeys, and lots more I'm too lazy to write.
