SHOCKING NEWS !!!!!!!!! MILLER, you're great!

Mad Max 4: In an interview with First Magazine, Director George Miller spilled out the details on the film's current status: "We're almost done on the script, and we hope to get filming early in the year. Yes Mel's back on board (in response to his payment) He's worth every cent. I mean would you watch a Mad Max film without Mel?". In terms of casting - "We've a bit of a way to go there. But Mel has an idea to put Robert Downey Jnr - who I adore by the way - in a role, and I myself would love to see some of the faces from the earlier films return be it Tina Turner, Emil Minty...". Thanks to 'Howard'. Image

From Dark Horizon, people! After all... Aunty Entity could be back! Image

Maybe Emil Minty as the ruler of the Great Northern Tribe, and Auntie tries to take over after her defeat in bartertown, and Max saves the day...

Keeps some continuity in the over all story too

Thaughts??

Whoa, great storyline here... Mad Max 2050, I'm pretty sure Miller will not realize this - why doesn't you write a great fan fiction story on this, above all? Image It could happen just 10 years after Thunderdome, so Max would be 55 years old and The Feral..."Man" simply 26 or so.

Robert Downey Jr. is one of the greatest "character" actors ever be. His Charlie Chaplin portray in "Charlot" was brilliant. Robert is able to add such a touch of elegance to every role he actually plays. And I think his "villanous power" potential is high, very high.

I never can look at Robert Downey Jr the same after watching "Less than Zero" in 1988.
