pursuits on tour

i was recently travling through the small town of waubra vic when out side the pub there were several puasuit/interceptors parked out side the local pub i did not get a chance to stop as i was not driving does any one know anything about these cars.

Did they match anything from the fan cars section? Which cars were they - yellow ones, black ones? How complete were they? I suspect they could be matched to something previously seen in fan cars, but need more info...
