Adrian Bennet's Replica
Sorry I didn't post any text with this yet, I did it in a bit of a hurry last night and barely had time to even put the picture up. I'll try to post Adrian's email address / info tonight when I get home.
The most important thing of note is that this car is located in the UK - the only replica to be started there so far I believe. The car was purchased from Terry James (madmaxcars.com I think?), and just recently imported. The parts were one of the Advanced Spoilers / Martin Mack kits, although Adrian had to do a bit of work obviously.
Anyway, I'll try to post the complete text he sent me tonight.

I'll bet it was that silver XA with a dark blue XB front clip that was on Terrys SOLD section on his site, well like he said it was a PERFECT candidate for a Mad Max Pursuit Special and looks awesome now.I hope Adrian will keep us posted with the progress.

Big Bopper Bart, your 100% correct, it was the silver and blue XA on Terrys sold section, i'll keep the progress updates as often as possible, thanks for your comments.
roadwarriormfp, i liked your description of the primered finish of the vehicle, i have to say i do agree with you, by the way, visited cars of the stars last year, was not allowed to take photos or touch the vehicles, could only stand at the front of the Interceptor and could not get a good look around due to rope barriers but i managed to slip my hand under the rope and touch the front wing just to say i've touched the real thing.Only live 90 miles away from the museum in Keswick. I read recently in a local newspaper that a new museam by the same owner is opening quite local.I hope it has the interceptor.

Hi Sam(roadwarriormfp), less of the lucky!!! I can only offer in consolation, an e-mail of the interceptor page from the cars of the stars brochure, not quite the real thing but would be happy to take you to the museum if you ever visited our small island.
Adrian.
