Was that an Aboriginal at the end?

During the final sequences of Fury Road, you can see a kind of Aboriginal man, very "primitive" looking... right before they show those creepy War Children!
Was that another factual proof that the FR universe is set in Australia?

His name is Shyan Tonga.
He also flashes up when Max is running through the Citadel at the start.

I don't remember... why was Shyan Tonga's character looking happy at the end, before showing those creepy and frightening War Children?

Yeah. Just a little question (if you can check that): in the film frame where we see Tonga happy that he got on the elevator, and before the War Children would be shown on-screen, can we viewers see Furiosa and the Wives on the elevator as well?

You don't see Furiosa but you do see Toast, The Dag and Capable helping others get on as Tonga is climbing on.

Yes. And the last time we see him is a close shot of his face in which he's laughing.
