Fast and Furious 6...OMG
I just watched this....soooo mind bogglingly dumb. Although at my advanced age I still feel like I'm 17years old there must be enormous numbers of people who are still 8 years old to provide a money spending audience for these things.

All of the F&F movies are intensely stupid ... I still love them, though

I actually paid to see the first one. While it was not terrible, the more they make the more cartoony they get and I don't understand the excitement over them.
I did really like the Jensen, though. It was the main reason I watched it.

Sometimes I try to watch them but bork out pretty early. The car builders do an amazing job for the franchise.

They are good and bad. Titanium valve springs come to mind!
But they are pretty much the best car guys can get at the movies.
I'm amazed that so many have been made. I though Tokyo drift would have killed the series.

I actually enjoyed the opening race with the Viper and the Monte Carlo in Tokyo Drift. Loved seeing a super-car get center-punched on a culvert pipe even though I am a Mopar guy.LTDHO wrote: I though Tokyo drift would have killed the series.

it was memorable enough for me to make the cars from it in 1/25 scale. Will i do the newer movies? probably not, since there will probably be a slew of diecasts released.LTDHO wrote:I'm amazed that so many have been made. I though Tokyo drift would have killed the series.
