There's a strong connection between military service and quite a few of the antagonists.
Why is that?
Is it military training and experience makes them better suited for leadership and / or survival, or just a coincidence?
If Wez is a Vietnam veteran, wouldn't the most timelines make him to be in his 40's or maybe even 50's during the "time" of MM2?
Thanks!

Military connection?

If I remember correctly, Wez's Vietnam backstory was made up by Vernon Wells himself, so it's bound to be a little off with the rest of the story. I don't think it'd be out of the question to think Wez was close to 40 in RW. Even though Vernon was 36 when he played Wez holy shit he was 36 years old...

Vernon Wells back story is where I got that from.Taipan wrote:zerothreethirtyone wrote:

With MM being Aussie through and through, where the heck did the "ex-jarheads, devildogs" come from in the comic?
The military connection intrigues me to say the least. Seems as though it could be a plot in itself if it were not for Max.

But to my opinion, he looks much older. But I also remember something from a British detective series. In one episode of a particular series (I can't remember witch one) they where looking for someone not that old but that was living in a war zone. The detective remembered suddenly that "a war makes you old". The person they where looking for looked much older than he actually was.Taipan wrote:Even though Vernon was 36 when he played Wez holy shit he was 36 years old...
"UNDERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"OVERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"HORSEPOWER" is how fast you hit the fence.
"TORQUE" is how far you take the fence with you.
