The Art of Mad Max Fury Road Book (SPOILERS!)
Just woke up from my second viewing to find 'The Art of Fury Road' on my doorstep.
It's fantastic. Might put a few photos up later when I've properly read but it's so comprehensive. Storyboards, chapters on everything from the film down to absolute fine detail even as far as the Max jacket (origin and concept art). Behind the scenes photos....beautiful.

Mine was send about a week ago. Has still a little time to go. Got the hard cover deluxe edition from eBay. Still 4 available.
What do worries me is the Street Machine magazine Artemis Flow send me has still to arrive. It is three and a half weeks ago he mailed it. Normally it does not take so long to get something from Australia. But now I'm starting to get a bit worried

"UNDERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"OVERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"HORSEPOWER" is how fast you hit the fence.
"TORQUE" is how far you take the fence with you.

The deluxe is the 'artists inspired' book, got that today. It's lovely but nothing compared to 'the art of' book.Nightwalker wrote:Mine was send about a week ago. Has still a little time to go. Got the hard cover deluxe edition from eBay. Still 4 available.

I know. I didn't realize it was released sooner in the UK etc. loljohnentwistlespout wrote:Don't hate meDGSimo wrote:Argh I hate you!!! Stuff we've never seen before and clarifications on everything. What a great couple of days I've had
How about just 2 more pages? Lol

I wasn't wxpecting until next week either. Ok, three more treats. Its a big hardback coffee table book, with 170 pages of pretty much unseen stuff, you will love it.DGSimo wrote:I know.
