South Beach Leather is "rough", has anyone encountered this?

I just got my order from South Beach Leather (MM1 Jacket, RW jacket, MM1 pants, and their jeans cut modded for RW). The "Jeans" pants are a different leather than the Mad Max ones. Not only that; but the Mad Max leathers are kind of "rough" or "scratchy" to the touch, where the "Jeans" are smooth.
Has anyone encountered this with their SBL Max leathers? IS there a way to fix this? I've seen some things about leather conditioning but nothing clear on what brands of the conditioner to use or it's effects on this type of leather. Are they SUPPOSED to be rough?
The other thing, is the Mad Max pants are WAY baggy, the waist and length is perfect, but they seem really loose where they shouldnt be. The jeans are tight so I have to figure out a way to stretch them out some. Are anyone else's SBL Max pants baggy on them? Did you have any luck getting them taken in?
They already helped me out more than enough with this order (free shipping, 15% off and free mods that I havent seen asked for before) and sending them back for something I can do (softening the leather, getting the pants tailored) would make me feel like I'm asking too much of them.
Thanks for any help!

Really? 19 views and no one has experienced this before or has any input on working with leather in this manner?

Nevermind it's all figured out.
I took my jacket to Tandy Leather Factory and was recommended Neatsfoot oil to soften it. When my pants come back from the tailor this weekend I'll be treating all my leathers with it.
Here are some more videos for different approaches for anyone else that ends up with an issue like this since there isn't any information here or
anyone willing to help.

I cant wait to figure out the 3D models of the Weiland 6-71 Supercharger on my own now. Thanks!

How to Care For Your Leather Jacket?
Video # 1 Sorry, but this young dude with glasses looks like just another victim at school. Does he know how uncool he looks? Take your glasses off man. Sry again, I had to post this. Good leather does not need any help with some care. Do not waste your money with such things. Gay material. Sry, I'm turning to get evil.

Thank you for your irrelevant, negative and consistently useless input with these costumes.
Sry.
EDIT:
Anyone that's owned leather clothing knows that they will eventually need treatment and care to secure longevity of the garment, as evidenced by these videos I shared. However mileage may vary.

I would have posted soon after your original post, but I had forgotten to. My desk at home has a ton of junk in front of the kb, making actual typing impossible.
I've never had any problems with leather products, and I've never owned any MM replica stuff. The only suggestion I can contribute is the old baseball player's glove trick of using shaving cream(the old-school stuff, not foam or gel).
It says on the right that you joined in 2013. Board participation has went WAY down even before you joined. Most of the traffic is in the FR area. People are not refusing to help you, It's just that there's not a lot of us left. you should PM Karol to check out this thread, and he'll help if he sees the PM.

Not to mention that given the considerable price not many fans can actually afford to buy a jacket from them!
I bought a madmax jacket from an eBay store and was custom made to suit me for less then $150AU delivered to my door.
While leather may not be the best, I don't care considering I probably wont wear it, however it was well made and has a very good liner inside.
Company is now gone (ebay store was in the USA, but the jacket came from Karachi! )
