I don't think thats an image from a Mad Max game. The bike in the picture looks like a WW2 German BMW with sidecar without any kind of post apocalyptic trimming or dressing.

I've also read where this might be just cause 3. but no one knows yet.

If that guy on the bike is supposed to be Max it doesn't look like him.
That thing on his back could be that parachute device the character from the Just Cause games has.

It may or may not be a Mad Max game as well as another installment of Just Cause.
Even if it isn't, the very same studio is actually producing a Mad Max game based on Fury Road.

It's all speculation at this point.
