NEED Master Blaster Costume for Video

Hi,
I am a comedian based in Los Angeles, and we are filming a video in which a guy makes a Master Blaster reference and we would like him to be dressed as Master Blaster when he says it. Does anyone have a costume we can Rent and/or Tips on how to make one and/or a place that actually sells a Master Blaster Costume?
