Happy birthday Camchain

What you doing for your final project? Building a real Terminator, that'd be good! Always fancied having an endoskeleton standing guard outside my room!

Well, guess I'm in the 40 club now too... since March.

Saw MM for the first time about 1981 and was hooked ever since. Liked the car so much I tried to build a copy from a '73 Capri complete with 351C power - a truly raunchy car!

Current favorite is my Corvette but my F250 is a blast to drive and really hauls with 300 HP and 608 lb/ft of torque at the rear wheels. Great for scaring the b-jeezes out of smaller cars.

As for work, I handle international communications for GSK here in RTP, NC...

You can actually see my mug on this website - if you look hard enough...

Wow--long lost thread. I'm 39 born in June '64, right between Adrian and Scar.

StepChild--I love the movie Bullit, too (San Francisco has to be the greatest city for a car chase) but did you notice you keep seeing the same cars over and over during the chase?

Road Warrior--jeez,do you have a vcr? I'll send you tapes of all three movies. Hate to see a Max fan being deprived.

Hi

I'm 28 and I first saw MM2 whan I was about 17 on BBC; shortly after that I rented it and copied it (illegally, yes); I saw MM1 and MM3 somewhat later (I don't remember when), but MM2 is always my favourite, maybe because MM2 was the first ever movie that made me sympathise with the "bad guys"... and especially Wez made a great impression on me (hence my http://www.geocities.com/mighty_wez/ that I started making some time ago).

I'm a student (I study classics, i.e. Latin and ancient Greek - so no connection with Mad max...Image);

I don't own a car, I'm a real Dutchie, I only ride bicycles!

By the way, am I the only female here??

There is at least one other female I know of, who's been here quite a while, but posts infrequently. Goes by the name Snowy.
