Ah that is in Sydney on the way out. Looking back over your message I should have guessed as you said "a few days after it arrived". It arrived at 4.30am and we had done a lot of pre-clearance in advance and the owner drove it to his office in London at about 7.30am the same day! He emailed me at lunch time saying that a couple of people had left their phone number under the windscreen wiper. He was very happy![/font]

Very quickly done rendition of the manta persuit car. It's a bit rough, but you get the idea. Mind you, there wasn't much to do; Darker wheels, mfp lisence plate, mfp logo at the back, tinted windows and the blower. whaddya think?

Hi guys!
I was wandering, is there anyone in the UK who have or are in the process of building any Mad Max inspired cars apart from replicas? It would be interesting to see the results of people's inginuity!

Nah, haha! Dumped at the alter i'd guess....
Ideally i'd like her to be on the road in a month, the end of august. Have to get the finger out. The plan is to be ready of the Kilbegan show, over your side of the Irish sea! Adrian's going in the interceptor, and i'd REALLY love to be there too. Time will tell...

That would be cool John, Big Bopper and the Interceptor together..
Yeah Kilbegan's gonna be huge this year, was working down that way last week, if the weather holds it'll be a crackin weekend.
I'll be down in the Mini with some boys from our club..(http://www.minisinnorthernireland.co.uk/)
I recon Screwlose might head down too, it's only about 3 hours drive from our neck of the woods up North.
