YOUR FIRST CAR.

Post by Falcon »

Does anybody know how much a real falcon would cost? I would most likely go to australia to get one, because I want to travel there anyway.

the last time i saw a fully supercharged 'Genuine GT coupe. for sale, it was about 20,000 AU. but only cause it was a genuine GT, and the engine alone was 2000 bucks.

a plane ol' FALCON Sedan? sh*t - unregistered you can get one in any car yard (down here in TASMANIA of course) for $200.00 all done up and cool lookin' sh*t your payin' a bit.

I've seen the XD model on the side of the road (unregistered) for $100.00 before, but only cause their as common and cheap as COMMODORE's down here. they used to make cop cars and Taxi's out of them.

I'm not sure. they vary. GT HO's are for some reason more expensive than XA XB, XC models. but i never liked the HO or XY. it ain't mean eough.

Unregistered down here, means its not on BIG BROTHER's database and they can't keep an eye on you. the car has no name attached to it, if you run a red light and the camera pics up your number plate and finds no name next to it, your dead. They are so strict on it in AUSTRALIA, you might as well kill yourself before trying to drive one.

and the bigger the car the more expensive it is to register, my little BLUEBIRD used to only cost $500 a year (or $250 for 6 months) the bigger FALCON's etc. are way more.

the reason they are sold cheaper if they arn't registered is because its gonna cost you more in the long run, cause if its been left unregistered for longer than, sh*t i dunno 2 months i think, then the TRANSPORT DEPT. will put your car over the 'pitts' and they'll see whats not road worthy on it (even so small as a busted indicator) and you won't be able to get it back on the road until you get that little thing fixed.
