The chain in those handcuffs is high-tensile steel, it'll take you ten minutes to hack through it with this, now if your lucky ? you can hack through your ankle in five minutes. Go !
...sorta slow motion. he leaves the seat, goes through the windscreen, headfirst straight into the tree...right. and then, bounces back through the windscreen. by the time we got to him.. he was just sittin there trying to scream with his face ripped off......whats the matter?

well the engine is fitted, along with the headers, power steering pump and most of the electrics are connected up, i need some longer fanbelts and bottom radiator support brackets which i will make up myself, i thought the front end would of been lower, so i think the front springs will have to come off and be adjusted with an angle grinder, im fitting a new distributor later today, once thats done i'll put a drop of petrol in the carb to see if she'll fire.

choice mate !!! i wouldnt go cutting the springs at all ,wait till the fronts on and drive it a little see how she goes with gutters speed humps etc ,easy way if you wanted to lower em is with an oxy n heatem up works fine keep the pics come always like reading the progress cheers pat
Sounds like good advice pat, never heard of them being heated up before, the car looks level with the engine in even though the back end has the lader bars for the rear springs... had a go at fireing it up and it did fire but dont run yet, the timings way out, i need to fit the radiator & coolant, get some new belts etc etc.
Cheers
