Um... you DO know that is ME behind the wheel, right? I'm pretty sure I'm the only one crazy enough to drive it in normal traffic! I don't think I could let anyone else drive it anyway. I mean; she's my baby!

Two more car cruises are coming up in August; look for The Machine there. Then its off to DragonCon, and then the Road Warrior Weekend!

Life is good. :D

Dude, that is just so freakin' awesome. Even if you are the only one to show up in November, I would be happy just to see this machine. You have NO IDEA how much it kills me that I now have my Falcon in the garage, but no money to get her fixed up right and Maxed out in time for November. It would be so cool to reproduce some MM2 scenes down there.

Dave, maybe lifting blocks will make it higher, all you need is maybe an inch or more to be the height the movie one was. I'm just afriad the front fenders will rub eventually. Not bashing ya one bit ho Yours is still no 1 in my book and spot on otherwise.

  awesome.....can just imagine the other drivers reactions ;)
...sorta slow motion. he leaves the seat, goes through the windscreen, headfirst straight into the tree...right. and then, bounces back through the windscreen. by the time we got to him.. he was just sittin there trying to scream with his face ripped off......whats the matter?

Yesterday I had The Machine out on the Gratiot Cruise. I felt a lot better with the charging situation fixed. But, the power steering is leaking like a mother f*cker and the trans cooling lines are leaking too. Just more things to fix. Otherwise she ran fine.

Next up is the Woodward Dream Cruise in two weeks!

I imagine the original had it share of leaks. Just tell 'em it's for authenticity ;)
