Was in the midst of writing a short story when I first say the Wraith.

Mine involved a Dead man earning back a bit of his life for killing each of the gang of Hot-rodders that killed him.
Paralleled the Wraith in many aspects.

Tattered leathers, battered evil looking Super musclecar and ghostly mists instead of High tech & flashy lights..
Rotten luck about your story. :( Hopefully this didn't resurect too many bad memories.

The kit idea has been on hold for some time. The owner had the original prop car for sale for several months, but negotiations fell flat on a couple of deals and he decided to just keep it. Now his focus will be on the kits (i hope) so i'm guessing that we'll have some options to put some on sale later this year.

This was the DVD that we were supposed to do the interview on. They had some really good "extra footage" on this version.
Why special edition...?

Is there more stuff in it, like more bonus or something else?

For me, the Wraith belongs to those movies I appreciate after viewing MM1 and MM2.

Because I became a cars, bikes, weapons and, at last "vehicles movies" addict. I guess, like several people here... :D

Director commentary through the film, and interview with the director. Interviews with the stunt coordinator and transportation coordinator about the cars. An interview with Clint Howard. And we were supposed to be on there to talk about the restoration of the Turbo Interceptor.

I really wish we could have landed it. We were in the process of painting the car when they were approaching deadline and just couldn't work out a final plan with the production company.

Thanks!!

Do I remember wrong or was the Dodge M4S used in an other movie...?

I have a picture in my head of a bright gray race car on a trailer...and in my mind, it was the Dodge...

Could it be?

I will have to ask Steve about that. I'm rather sure that the M4S was used in only one movie. Dodge may have had other car ideas put into different movies, but i think that the M4S only had one role.

Ah! Understood. Still, that had to be frustrating to see something so similar out of Hollywood.

Thought i would throw in a few more shots, since they were coming to me. These were taken for the police chase scene where the cops misjudge passing the hauler and wind up crashing into it.

i'm pretty sure you can see the beige sedan has no engine when it falls off the truck (is it a 72 Dodge monaco?)
