Hmmmm... Bubba should have checked the front of his bike, spattered with bugs,

I noticed also that Toe Cutters bike carried the same evidence of high speed running.

No stanger to high speed travel, I noticed how the bug collection increased about 500%on the Interceptor at a speed over 100 MPH compared to the legal 60 MPH.

The bug "splatter" pattern on those bikes indicated a lot of speed.

From memory the when Toecutter sends Bubba back for Jonny the boy. Bubba had a heap of bugs on the bike screen

Perhaps the fly had a few stunt doubles..

I think that when the blast came, the fly must have been a maggot feeding on the remains of the old world .... at ground level, or perhaps in another NO FLY ZONE.
