Hi all. Thanks for the xmas and birthday wishes. Apart from my immediate family you guys are the only ones who wished me happy birthday, so thanks heaps.

I just got home from being down south about two hours from sydney. my parents are across the road from Werri beach near Gerringong, so it was pretty relaxing as you could imagine. Well earned as i worked my guts out leading up untill xmas eve and finished about 9pm and had to drive down to be with my family for xmas morning.

hope you all had a great xmas and new year and wish you all the best for 2008.

falcolombardi ....

Great to hear from you...
Some answers for you...
1-how have you been invited to be in the movie I went for an audition through my agent at the time and got the part out of alot of kids.
2-how old are ya nowadays just turned 35
3-did you ever thought back then, when you were filming, that the movie would be such a success? not in a million years but at 8 years old you dont think about the future too much, I was having too much fun being feral.
4-do you have roles in any other movies? I have done 3 films since mm2, RUBBISH, THE FLUTMAN and THE WINDS OF JARRAH and one other called ROAD TO ALICE with Hugo Weaving and Noah Taylor. I have done around 10 mini series like A country practice,The Flying Doctors, Captain cook, The Top kid and have done around 10-15 commercials including two Coke a Cola ones with an annimated character called Max Headroom, they were the lates and best
commercials to work on.

Now days I have been working with Scott Smith( legend interceptor builder) and peter Barton(founder of this forum) on their documentaries Back2themax and have had a ball working with them and meeting fans of MAD MAX...i hope there is more to come.

thanks again everyone and cath ya soon..

When you think about.. you and the "little fat kid" from the sorbent ad in the 90s (and that corny TV series from the 80s) are probably the most remembered child actors in the country!

Welcome back too

That is such a great shot! All the vehicles ready to do another shot of the chase seen, so very familiar. And then there's your mum. I can almost here the conversation: " let me take a picture of you with these cars..."
Thanx for sharing you pictures and your memories.
Was it your mum's idea to get you into acting? Obviously you wouldn't have been able to do it with out her there. Did she get to interact with George, Byron, and the cast and crew or did she have to stay off to the side?
