Peter said that the NTSC version has an extra egg, so there are 4 easter eggs! (the PAL version just has 3) .

The 4th is of the BoB pulling a huge smokey rolling burnout up a narrow little alley, spinning a smokey 180, and smokin' 'em back down the alley. Not a hugely long clip, but pretty amazing car control considering the prodigious amount of tire spin, and the very narrow confines of the alley. (looks to have about 2' on either side of the car!)
