oh yea and about the handling, i saw someone who fixed up a kz and he put some newer thicker forks off a newer kawa and put a new spring and gold valve kit like http://www.racetech.com and he put on a swingarm and single shock off a yamaha fzr1000 with just a little modifing.but even if you used the stock swingarm, getting better shocks and forks are going to help the most in handling, besides bracing, tires, etc.

I will try to send you some pictures of my Z 1000 A1 with some interesting modifications.
Just post your email adress and you will receive a email! FOR SURE!
I could probably make it on my own, but I like you kids.

For me, it was important to stay close to the original version from 77! No alu swing arm or a larger folk, just some modifications from the same area. You will noticed some different shock absorbers from italy. A little better ...
I found a fairing, very similar to what Johnny and some other guys from the Toecutter gang had on their bikes. Finally , it's close to a Ducati 900 SS fairing. ( SS, wants to say Super Sports)
Cheers!

Yes, I know, I have a VERY bad english, but english is not my mother tongue. I envy Uncle Entity, his words are so istinguished

Since I'm here, I try to make a progress ...
