I think it looks good. To me, the only design "mistake" that Miller ever made was the guards in Bartertown that all have a uniformed mowhawk look. Those costumes looked like a Mad Max rip-off, not a sequel.
Also, I dig the cow car.

Really? I always thought of Auntie's guards as more Centurion-like than the gangs in the other two films. More order, regimentation and cohesiveness.

Some (especially the tall females) were "roman" like.

Looks like Bay's 'Transformers 3' will beat Miller's 'Fury Road' to the punch.

I saw the pictures of Megatron, and was wondering why a fuel tanker would have hoses on it. Something like the firemen from Farenheight 451 might use?

I think that looks brilliant, I would guess it's a pump truck?

What bothered me is that the chance of being able to find the same pieces of armor for everyone would just be so slim.DetritusMaximus wrote:Really? I always thought of Auntie's guards as more Centurion-like than the gangs in the other two films. More order, regimentation and cohesiveness.
But I like the cow car.

Aircraft refuelling tankers have their own hoses.... the nozzles you see on that truck appear to be single point refuelling nozzles as used in highspeed pressurized refuelling..Zarana-X wrote:I saw the pictures of Megatron, and was wondering why a fuel tanker would have hoses on it. It looks like the Ripsaw is confirmed for Fury Road. During an episode of "Black Ops Brothers: Howe & Howe Tech" on the Discovery Channel, someone said they had built a Ripsaw for a movie, but couldn't say which. All they said was that it was a sequel to a great '80's action movie and that it was going to be filmed halfway around the world.

An update. I missed it, but my brother caught the repeat broadcast of "Howe & Howe Tech" this evening (Episode 4 - Hollywood Howes). Apparently much of the 1 hour show was dedicated to the construction and testing of the Ripsaw built for Fury Road. The episode should be available for d/l online soon. Should have more details and screen shots then.
