What about the wristband that Max wears? I originally thought of a broken handcuffs... but since Max wears the same in the videogame, I'm a bit confuse. I hope it's not a reboot element à la "I'm wearing the wristband of my dead wife, unlike Mel, 'cause I'd really like to show that I've a heart inside those dusty leathers". I hope I'm wrong.

He (Hardy/Max ) looks pretty cool....however not sure about all the weaponry....and just wondering if Tom Hardy( Max Character ) may wear a wig...as in he is not wearing it in this pic....?????

It's a Paracord bracelet.


I've got one myself and it's basically a bracelet made up of paracord, the same material as a parachute, that when in a bind you can unravel it for survival rope thats usually 7 feet etc. Hardy has been wearing one for years and is most likely one of his own things he brought to the table for his version of Max.

I do think Tom Hardy will do a good job. He won't go into this half arsed. If anyone has seen him in Bronson then they'll know how much he commits to a role. He certainly look good in that picture. A little too militaristic perhaps?

Awesome ! I do find it interesting they released an official photo of him and a generic motorcycle, as opposed to the iconic interceptor ( which may have made it more interesting and likely to be spread by word of mouth).

Probably because it's not an officially released still. A scooper submitted it to AICN when news broke of the November reshoots.
