It's that last picture what really piqued my interest.

Great work Paul!
That billboard looks awesome too.

I noticed a couple of Mad Max 1.5 touches, even if they were unintentional.
For example, the costume sort of falls nicely between the two movies. Looks like Max has ditched his MM1 shotgun holster and duty belt and switched to his MM2 holster and sam browne style belt. But the rest of his uniform is still intact. And he's wearing the sam browne belt the standard way, diagonally. Something he would have stopped doing by film 2 because the added shoulder pad on the right side would have gotten in the way.

While I hope to have the entire film shot by the time the Road Warrior Event comes around, the short won't be completed. I am, however, hoping I'll have a short movie trailer put together for it. We'll see what happens.

Great work Paul. Looks like it's coming together nicely. I look forward to seeing the final product.
I can't help but wonder if this will start some rumor of Fury Road filming in Cali ;)

If I pull my headlight covers off and put the honeycomb mesh covers on instead, I might be able to get the rumor going....

Hi all, I'll resubmit the screen shots from my film once I reduce them in size.

I will reserve judgment until after I've seen this short. The "beautiful marauder chick is going to hook up with max" premise is a little too much for me.

The shots however are full of eye candy, that's for sure. And Liam makes a good max, but I've told him that in some personal e-mails. I never got around to posting his mad max short on my website, and it is good I didn't... Because as soon as this comes out in trailer form it'll truly do him Justice!

You better slam that marauder car trough the billboard though... or else!
