I found a Rapidshare for the Special Club Mix (but I lost the link). This might also work:

This rar file is password protected. Do you have the password or isn't it your file.
I'm curious how this version sounds.
"UNDERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"OVERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"HORSEPOWER" is how fast you hit the fence.
"TORQUE" is how far you take the fence with you.

Not my file, so I don't have a password; sorry. I just Googled it. I was going to upload my copy of the song but it was going to take time I didn't have. Maybe tomorrow.

Nice work, thanks!

And just to really finish off this topic once and for all, I also found something called "One Of The Living - Unreleased Maxi version)". It's 8 min long and different from the other versions. That's all I know about it. It's 7 megs. Maybe I'll email it to whoever wants to make it avail to the rest.

From a quick listen, it sounds like this COULD be a longer version of the one used in the movie, but I can't be sure at the moment. It definitely sounds more like an extended version of the regular song, whereas the special club mix has more of that disco 80s remix sound.

I could put it on my webspace. Got plenty of space left. It will be available as a direct download without any bullshit around.
My e-mail is: deleted
I'll put it online within 24h because of the time differences.

Here's the link to the file "One of the living (unreleased maxi version)". During upload my webspace renamed it. Probably the name's to long.

This has happened before in other films.
The Romper Stomper songs. People are Strange by Echo and the Bunnymen from The Lost Boys...etc
The soundtrack/official versions of those songs also sound different than the version in the movies.
The movie version of One of the Living was probably only recorded for the opening credits and the first verse and chorus is probably all that exists.

I kinda doubt that. I'll bet if we all wrote Tina we might be able to get her to release it. It's worth a try.
