I watched this with great interest on Monday night and wasn't disappointed.
Probably the best segments I thought were the ones about Byron Kennedy (who REALLY deserves his due regarding the success of the MM series) and Miller's views on the Australian film industry.

They cut out a lot. The whole Mad Max 4 bit and the trouble they had with finishing Mad Max. Also some other stuff about Cher and Christopher Nolan. Ahh well, thats life

"UNDERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"OVERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"HORSEPOWER" is how fast you hit the fence.
"TORQUE" is how far you take the fence with you.
