ok bad cop..ill meet you half way.maybe we have been a bit harsh on it.i wouldnt say doomsday is a bad movie.its definitely watchable and the scenes in it,although i find it hard to seperate tributes from plain rip offs,are really well done.the actual story line involving the virus and england cutting off scotland with a wall was a bit touchy for me though,as being from scotland myself,it is something i could see the english doing haha.as for the film,i would recommend it if you like mad max,escape from new york type films.

like i've said i love the shit outta THE DESCENT, DOG SOLDIERS and WILDERNESS, so i'm looking forward to seeing DOOMSDAY, but we don't get it on DVD down here till OCTOBER, and its skipping the cinema.
