There's a Futura Batmobile running around Northville Michigan...about five miles East of where I work. I was driving North (maybe) one day and the traffic was slowing for the red light. As I was going by the cars, they sort of went like this: Honda, Pontiac, Lexus, Toyota, Batmobile, Ford, Mercury....BATMOBILE???!!! I looked in the side mirror just in time to see the Bat tail turn the corner and disappear onto Hines Dr...that's just something you don't see every day on the road....Superbird, Daytona, DeLorean, Diablo maybe, but not something like that outside the Woodward Dream Cruise in August. It made my day.

Just curious as to what the three gauges are, where the radio used to be.

Two years ago, there were three stock and one Mr. Fusion version Deloreans at the Dream Cruise going by, all in a row, one with it's doors open.

"Firefly" was a really cool sci-fi series from '02. It is best described as a space-western. It had some very original ideas. Mismanagement at the Fox network killed it. The series is on DVD as a 4 disc set, it will make you a fan. The film "Serenity" is a continuation.

Keep flying.

"The Teutonic reputation for brutality is well founded. Their operas last for 3 or 4 days and they have no word for 'fluffy'."

Not likely to be one of the 'Glass bodied Show Cars that barris build ofr the Car Show Circuit?

Noticed that, Yes. Image

For Batmobile kit info check this site: http://www.islandserve.com/~dc99/

They refer to it as an "anti crime roadster". Must be a copyright issue with the "Batmobile" name.
